The goal was to launch Cash App's LinkedIn channel by introducing Cash App’s bold, offbeat brand to LinkedIn’s professional audience without losing its distinctive edge. We designed a three-day social campaign to establish Cash App's employer brand and set the tone for its presence—blending the brand's playful identity with key employer brand messaging to create maximum impact.
Cy Shares His Life at Cash App
Meet Cy, our clumsy yet lovable cyclops mascot and Cash App employee, who “accidentally” stumbled onto LinkedIn to share his Life at Cash App—bringing humor and interactive storytelling with him. This unconventional approach not only captured attention, but also reinforced Cash App’s distinct brand voice in a professional setting. The campaign sparked high engagement, generated buzz, and set the foundation for a LinkedIn presence as dynamic as the organization itself.
